How to Apply
Follow these simple steps to secure admission for your child at Santosh Mittal Public School.
Enquiry & Registration
Visit the school office or fill the online enquiry form. Collect the registration form from the school reception or download it from our website. Submit the filled registration form with the registration fee.
Interaction & Assessment
For Pre-Primary (Nursery to UKG) — A simple interaction session with the child and parents. For Class I onwards — A written assessment in English, Hindi and Mathematics followed by a personal interaction with the Principal.
Document Submission
After selection, submit all required documents at the school office within the given timeline. Original documents will be verified and returned immediately.
Fee Payment & Admission
Pay the admission fee, tuition fee and other applicable charges at the school fee counter or through online mode. Collect the fee receipt and admission confirmation letter.
Welcome to SMPS!
Collect the school uniform, books and syllabus kit. Your child is now ready to begin their journey at Santosh Mittal Public School. Orientation session will be conducted for new students and parents.
Documents Required
Please bring the following documents at the time of admission.
Birth Certificate
Original birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or competent authority.
Aadhar Card
Aadhar card of the student and both parents (photocopy required).
Transfer Certificate
Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for Class I onwards).
Report Card
Previous year's report card / mark sheet from the last school attended.
Photographs
4 recent passport-size colour photographs of the student.
Address Proof
Electricity bill, ration card, voter ID or any valid address proof.
Caste Certificate
Caste certificate if applicable (SC / ST / OBC / EWS).
Medical Certificate
Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Age Criteria
Minimum age requirement for admission as per CBSE / State Government guidelines.

Admission is subject to availability of seats and the student clearing the assessment / interaction.
Registration does not guarantee admission. The school's decision on admission will be final.
Fee once paid is non-refundable. Fee must be paid before the due date to avoid late charges.
Parents must ensure regular attendance. A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
Transfer Certificate (TC) must be submitted at the time of admission for students transferring from other schools.
The school reserves the right to amend rules, fee structure and policies as and when required.
